Long press / drag / scan Skobbler to a new position

Question

I want my users to be able to drag annotations onto my maps, initiated by a long press on the annotation icon. I can not find anything in the documentation that would handle this.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Edit: I understand that I may not have been as clear as I thought.

Currently, my users can add new annotations to the map, long press in a place on the map. I would like them to be able to move these annotations to another place.
