Python 3.4.3 64bit program required for this installation cannot be started

Trying to install Python 3.4.3 64-bit and it gives me the following error: "There is a problem with this Windows installer package. The program needed to complete this installation could not be started. Contact the support or package provider. I have no bloody idea , what does this mean, please help.Thank you in advance I am an administrator on my computer and have all the permissions My windows are 64 bit and Windows 8.1

EDIT :
I no longer use Windows. Now I am using Linux ( Xubuntu ). So this is no longer a problem for me. I never made up my mind, but it didn’t really matter, since the 32-bit result was all necessary. Thanks to all those who tried to help. I am not going to flag this question as decisively as I cannot verify if these answers are allowed. If you want me to decide to solve it, lemmino and me.

Thank you, you're all great trying to help

If you still need both versions of the python installation, try installing the older versions before the new versions. It seems to be important too.
