Twitter API 1.1 Failed to authenticate you 2

I am trying to get the result from this query.

https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json?q=?&geocode=39.893280,32.779655,5km&count=100

I get an error code:32 Could not authenticate you. I am using parsing cloud code.

I created everything here . Thus, the keys and signature are correct. The urlLink I am giving is probably in the wrong format, but I checked it several times. What is wrong here?
