Visual Studio extension could not find the required assembly

I wrote an extension for Visual Studio 2013. Due to the bloody ComboBox error, I had to include System.Windows.Interactivity in my project. To add more details:

<Project> uses an additional assembly of solutions, for example, <Project> .Editor, which contains a physical editor.
<Project> .Editor links System.Windows.Interactivity
<Project> also refers to System.Windows.Interactivity. Actually, I use nuget to download Expression.Blend.Sdk (it is compatible with WPF 4.5).

Effect: When the part of the editor containing the ones mentioned is displayed ComboBox, I immediately get an exception:

In PresentationFramework.dll the first case of an exception like "System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException" occurred
Additional information: Failed to load the file or assembly "System.Windows.Interactivity, PublicKeyToken = 31bf3856ad364e35" or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the specified file.

I run the extension in the experimental instance and folder:

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0Exp\Extensions\<Company>\<Extension>\1.0

contains System.Windows.Interactivity.dll, but for some reason it does not seem to see the IDE.

Even stranger, I use other add-on packages, such as IronPython, and they never caused me such problems.

How can i fix this?
