Change distance resemblance sas?

I have a list of domains in the table V_tablas.arreglo (columns → domainsBad):   @hotmai.es @ghotmail.es @hotmaol.com @hotmai.com @otmail.com.....etc(more than 10k) And I need to fix these domains on "@ hotmail.com" My questions are about EDIT_DISTANCE_SIMILARITY (fuzzy logic) oracle for get 'Returns an integer from 0 to 100, where 0 Indicates no similarities at all and 100 Indicates perfect match. "Is this possible?
