Crystal Report, how to change the display order in a group

I have a crystal report as shown below:

The report is a group by "Quota No.", by default it is ordered by "Times Used" (8th column)

How can I change the order so that he orders the "Total Amount"?

The total amount is the field in the report, which is the sum of the field named quotamt in the data source:

I tried to look at the parameters of the change group, looked at "Use the formula as a sort order for groups", but the formula contains only three options (ascending, descending, initial order) and cannot be sorted by another column
