Trying to install iPhone and iPad in the "Platforms listed in the App Center"

I just published a game for iPhone and iPad that supports Facebook, and now I'm trying to fill in all the information about the application on Facebook.

But in the "Planned App Center Platforms" section, I cannot switch the iOS iPhone and iOS iPad to "YES". It says: "This platform cannot be specified because it is either configured incorrectly or is not supported in the Application Center"

I already set the iPhone and iPad store identifier in the settings to the correct one and still have not affected.

Any ideas what else could be? I already searched all the forums, but could not find anything. Do I have to do something in Configure Application Permissions? I could not find the documentation that tells me what these inputs are for.

Enable Single Sign-on in the application settings-> Basic-> iOS-> Single Sign-on. (WizKid echo above).
