The application retrieves itself every time it is executed.

Question

I created an application with WPF, and the code is used by C #, but it creates a problem when the whole installation is installed without the help of cmd command, for example.

setup.exe /s /v/qn

it works great to extract all the elements contained in it after the specified lines. But as soon as the configuration is completed, we try to run this application, it is running, but it is displayed below this image

The configuration is created in installshield, and it has an option that does not retrieve the cache cache on the local computer. Please help me find the cause of this problem.
