Why can I only change the location of the geocode inside China?

Question

I use Apple CLGeocoder, and when I get the address dictionary with tags, it is as expected for locations inside China, but is empty for requests in other countries.

Does it work CLGeocoderall over the world?

Here is what I get when I print addressDictionary:

I tried to put my device into English, as I know that it changes the contents addressDictionary, but to no avail.
