Google fonts do not load in Chrome (google server returns status not found)

Question

I use the same Google fonts in development for a couple of months, and today they just stopped loading in Chrome (works fine in FF).

I have the following line in my scss file:

@import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,600,700&subset=cyrillic,latin);

and I have the following queries on the Chrome Network tab that return 404

It's also worth noting that query paths are different for FF and Chrome

Any idea that could cause Google fonts to stop working? I update my ubuntu every time it offers updates, does it have a chance to do something with the ubuntu update?
