Is it possible to overlay multiple views on a YouTube YouTube player?

I want to use a media controller instead of the built-in YouTube in one of the Android players. So, I posted some views overlapping the YouTube Android Player. However, I had a problem that always automatically pauses after one second. Thus, is it possible to overlay some views on YouTube Android Player?

Youtube intentionally prevents any attempt to display anything on top of its player. As soon as he discovers this, playback pauses. This blocks the growth of the entire industry of video meme players :( One of the main reasons for this may be the prevention of an obvious attempt to compete with Google for ad space and other imaginable features that take advantage of user-posted videos.
