Web.Config configuration error in application

I have an application ready to upload it to the hosting, but when I upload files to the server, I get this error:

Server error in application "/".

Configuration error

Description. An error occurred while processing the configuration file needed to service this request. Review the specific error information below and modify your configuration file accordingly.

Parser error message: this configuration section cannot be used along this path. This happens when the site administrator has blocked access to this section using <location allowOverride = "false"> from the inherited configuration file.

Source Error:

An application error has occurred on the server. The current user error settings for this application do not allow remote viewing of application error details (for security reasons). However, it can be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Helpdesk hosting said that they cannot change the server configuration, so the my.config file is shown below:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<configuration>
  <location allowOverride="true">
  <connectionStrings>
    <add name="ConnectionString" connectionString="Data Source=(LocalDB)\v11.0;AttachDbFilename=|DataDirectory|\Lampino.mdf;Integrated Security=True" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient"/>
  </connectionStrings>

    <system.web>
      <globalization uiCulture="pl-PL" culture="pl-PL" fileEncoding="utf-8" responseEncoding="utf-8" requestEncoding="utf-8"/>
      <compilation debug="true"/>
      <customErrors mode="Off"/>
      <securityPolicy>
        <trustLevel name="Full"/>
      </securityPolicy>
    </system.web>
  </location>
</configuration>

Is there any option that will work on this hosting, or should I find a new one? Maybe the problem with the web.config file really exists?

This was the same as resolving the IIS problem, but nothing has changed. Also I do not have access to server configurations ...

EDIT: When I removed the trustLevel tag, this error message:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Security Exception

Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application trust level in the configuration file.

Exception Details: System.Security.SecurityException: Request failed.
