Mapping VTK to JavaFX

Question

Anyone have an idea if VTK rendering is already somehow possible in JavaFX?

I managed to use Swing vtkRenderWindowPanel, which can then be added to JPanel. But I still could not find a binding for JavaFX.

The option of displaying VTK in Swing and adding the Swing component to JavaFx with SwingNodealso does not work for me (green screen is displayed, nothing is displayed).

Any ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated !!!
