Push notifications not received through TestFlight

My application is currently being tested by testers through TestFlight. The problem is that they do not receive any push notifications. It works on my own device, connecting it to my Mac and launching the application directly from x-code. I feel like Ive tried almost everything: from changing a certificate from a developer to production, to recreate a new APNS production certificate and create using a new profile that references it, etc.

I know that this question was discussed on other topics, but in my case I did not find the right answer. I can’t post images here because I don’t have enough reputation, but I have corresponding screenshots. Any help is appreciated :)

Items for diagnosis:

  • It works on my device when I launch the application directly from x-code.
  • Testers are set correctly if they want to enable push notifications on their devices (at least the first installation, after they want to receive the request again, they must perform what the push notification parameters for the application described in Reset )
  • Registration works because I see my device tokens in the logs (but I have a feeling that the token is always the same, regardless of whether the application is built with a production or dev certificate, I’m not sure that it is normal).
  • I have APNS Production certificate.
  • I have a distribution profile with push notification enabled. It is associated with my "full" appID (and not shared with "*").
  • Im ( ), Im (, )
  • " " , , "aps-environment" "production".
