OpenXml Excel: cause an error in any word after the mailing address

Question

I am reading Excel files using OpenXml. everything works fine, but if the spreadsheet contains one cell that has an address mail, and after it - a space and another word, for example:

[e-mail] abc

It throws an exception immediately when opening a spreadsheet:

Additional Information:
 Invalid hyperlink : Invalid URI embedded as hyperlinks in the document.
