Anyone get USB running on Windows IoT on Raspberry Pi 2?

I downloaded the WinIoT boot file and can contact it using PowerShell , but connecting the keyboard / mouse to the USB ports simply does not work.

Is there a trick I don't know? Frequently asked questions list the USB keyboard / mouse as supported devices, so I suspect this.

There are problems with the keyboard and mouse. Not all keyboards and mice are supported. Either they do not work, or they behave strangely. Below are the instructions that work in my setup:

  • Keyboard: DELL USB Business Keyboard KB212
  • : Microsoft Model 1113
  • Wifi: Pi Wifi (, wifi Pi).
  • Bluetooth Dongle: Bluetooth CSR 4.0 A10 dongle
