I wrote the Queue interface (abstract class) and 2 derived implementations based on resizing arrays and linked lists.

I wanted to be able to iterate over the elements of a queue with an STL-compatible iterator (I know that queues should not be iterable), so I can use for (auto e: c)or queue.begin()/ queue.end().
