Launch Heroku working dealer when someone is online

To get more hits for my dollar, I use a non-stop stone to dynamically start and stop my working dynode when a task is created. I believe that starting dyno takes too much time to get started. Is there any way to deploy the speaker as soon as someone gets to my home page?

Heroku introduces new types of Dyno.
If you are using the new “free” type, you can use Dyno Web and Dyno Desktop in one application for free.
If your Dyno computer goes to sleep, your working Dyno will also sleep. As soon as a new request arrives on your Dyno network, your working Dyno will also wake up. This is probably what you described in your script.
However, the free Dyno must sleep at least 6 hours a day!

Heroku will also migrate the 1x Dyno app to the “free” plan from July 1, 2015.
