With a storyboard in a visual studio like Xcode?

I would like to know if any of you have found a way to have a storyboard element, such as the one in Xcode, when you develop an iOS app? But for Visual Studio, when are you developing applications for Windows Phone or Store? Does a visual studio do this? Do I need to add Visual Studio for this feature? Or is it only in Xcode?

I have not seen anything like the Xcode storyboard in Visual Studio.
