Full-text search to match multiple words in mysql string

I use full-text search for a search query. when I search for two words, I need the exact two words corresponding to the results. here the problem is that I get results with one word. The data contains Polish characters. My code

  $qry="select * from tbl_jobs where MATCH(job_title) AGAINST('+Młodszy +Konsultant' IN BOOLEAN MODE)";

I get results like

  1. [job_title] => młodszy konsultant ds. sprzedaży
  2. [job_title] => Młodszy Konsultant
  3. [job_title] => Konsultant ds. sprzedaży młodszy
  4. [job_title] => Telefoniczny konsultant

I have the following indexes  enter image description here

Here the first 3 results are correct, but the 4th result is incorrect. job_title contains only one matching match. I want two required sets of search results. The request is also correct, I am using utf8_general. Where exactly is the problem, please help me
