I just made an Android app where I display my website in a web browser.
My webpage has many links to the Google Hangouts URL ( https: //talkgadget.google.com/hangouts / _ / g23uuqx ....... ), Which has people in the call.

When you click this link on your desktop browser, the URL opens in a new tab, and the user can join the Google Hangouts call.
When you click on this link to a browser for mobile devices, the video call application opens and the user can join the call. How can I achieve the same effect when clicking a link in a WebView?
When I open the video call URL in a mobile application (web browsing), it opens a Google Play web page in my app (web browsing) and asks to install the installation that I already installed.

Instead of going to the Google Play Store in my app’s web browser,
(When the Google Hangouts app installed on Android-phone)
1) How do I open an application video call from my application, which has a video call this form ( https: //talkgadget.google.com/hangouts / _ / g23uuqx ...... . ) In a web review of my application?
(When the Google Hangouts app is not installed on the Android phone)
2) How to open the Google playstore app and tell the user to install the Google Hangouts app to join the call?
Kindly help. Thank.
