I am trying to run a poll based on Mechanical Turk Qualtrics and need some features that are available through the Mechanical Turk API, such as custom qualifications , but not accessible from the Requester website .

Are there any third-party providers of such a website that provide users with access to the API without learning programming?

Try TurkPrime.com , which makes it very easy to interact with the MTURK API without any programming knowledge. They even have integration with Qualtrics surveys , which creates a new secret code for each employee, and each appointment can be either manually or automatically approved / rejected.
