MailChimp Sends Email v3.0

In version 2.0, the MailChimp API has a messaging API. However, I did not find a similar API on v3.0. I find the automation API where I can start the workflow, however, the documentation shows that workflows cannot be created using the API and can only be created using the graphical interface. The requirement is to be able to send emails using the MailChimp API. Please inform.

Now you can create and submit a campaign through API V3.0.

In fact, you cannot send one to one email address using APIv3.0. Mandrill now takes on transactional emails.
