Is there a workaround for the error in the ilasm.exe file with more than 1024 resource files?

I mean an error that is known by Microsoft but ignored. See here for more details . This happens when the assembly has more than 1024 built-in resources. It looks like this:

This problem occurs when I use Dotfuscator to obfuscate the assembly. This tool itself uses the ilasm.exe file. Are there any workarounds that I can use to avoid this error?
