How to create a matrix design created using CardView

Question

In Lollipop, when you click "When calls and notifications arrive" in the "Sounds"> "Interruptions" section of the "Settings" application, the spinner with options is released directly from this view. How do you implement something like this, especially RelativeLayoutinside CardView?

PS: I am extremely new to Android / Java, so looking at the source code didn't help me much. Detailed help would be appreciated. Thank.
