Is there a way to create a "sticky" on the page "Problems with github"?

Getting the stream of the same issues posted after the os update broke something and there is currently no current solution and people are skipping the readme page. Is there a way to create a sticky top of the Problems page on the github problems page to reduce the influx of duplicate reports?

It’s good practice to write the instruction “The correct way to report a bug. It should explain to users how to look for an existing problem before creating a new one. The link is then placed at the beginning of readme and on the wiki homepage. ( example 1 , example 2 )

As for the sticky problems - no way.

Github doesn't have a good solution. If you create CONTRIBUTING.md, then github will display the banner on the “new problem” page , suggesting that the reporter read it, but unfortunately, if they’re already on this page, they are unlikely to read it.

I suggest that you proactively appeal to your community - forums, email, twitter, blog, reddit, whatever they achieve.
