UnsatisfiedLink Error: Native method not found. FindLibrary returned null

I am working on an android project related to Android JNI and NDK. I set aside all the .so files needed for the project. But it still shows the error that UnsatisfiedLink Error, Native method not found, findLibrary reconfigured null, java.lang.Runtime,

This is clearly seen from the image. A library has been added, but why does it give an error?

There is another file in the Utilities.java file with the declaration of its own function
