Telnet: WiFi with Telnet-Strange Result when connected

A few days ago I bought a new MTS Wi-Fi Dongle, today, using it, I scanned ports on 192.168.1.1 using my Android device, and port 23 (telnet) was suddenly opened. After entering telnet 192.168.1.1 below was the result on the terminal window,
VENKY V2.0 Welcome!
Venky>

and after a while it started showing the following message,
^ HRSSILVL: 60
^ HRSSILVL: 80
^ HRSSILVL: 60

and so on, I tried several Linux commands (I know that this will not work, but still), but none of They didn’t work, and I realized that this is the version command , which shows the version, Does anyone know what VENKY is or have met something like that ...?

I think this is the command line interface for your Huawei USB modem.

You can try to execute a command AT, for example ^TIME, &Vor ^OTAACTED, etc.

HRSSILVL^:<rssi> reports the level of the received signal.

Here is a man page that may be useful: Huawei MC509 User Guide Page 65
