R: ggplot set ylim with custom gap

I want to adjust the break (s) along the y axis of the graph. I tried two options.

option1: ylim(0.0,0.6)
option2: scale_y_continuous(breaks=seq(0.0, 0.6, 0.1))

The problem with option 1 is that it is split every 0.2 to the limit of the y axis, which is 0.6. Example of problem1 The problem with option 2 is that it gives this illusion of a radical difference between the graphs, as it increases the 0.1 segment of the graph. Example of problem2

I want the y axis to be split every 0.1, or tune it to any gap, showing the maximum y-axix limit (in this case, from 0.0 to 0.6, but interrupt every 0.1).

library(ggplot2)
library(reshape2)

df = data.frame(xVal, a, b, c)
df.melt = melt(df, id="xVal")

tasks1:

ggplot(data=df.melt, aes(x=xVal, y=value, colour=variable)) +
            geom_point() +
            geom_line() +
            xlab("xVal") + ylab("YValues") + xlim(1,16) +
            ylim(0.0,0.6)

tasks2:

ggplot(data=df.melt, aes(x=xVal, y=value, colour=variable)) +
            geom_point() +
            geom_line() +
            xlab("xVal") + ylab("YValues") + xlim(1,16) +
            scale_y_continuous(breaks=seq(0.0, 0.6, 0.1))

How to adjust the y axis to split it according to the value I specify.

, . scale_y_continuous: breaks ", breaks output".

, , :

custom_lims = c(0, 0.6)
... + scale_y_continuous(breaks=function(lims) {seq(lims[1], lims[2], 0.1)}, limits = custom_lims)
