Hexo: How do you change the language?

Question

I read the document below, but did not understand. http://hexo.io/docs/localization.html

Does anyone know how? I want my blog in Japanese or English.

I tried:

• install lang: in ja-jp
• set lang: to ru

Edit the _config.yml file,

 language: ja-jp  

You MUST retreat with one or more spaces. more details here.
