Developer Unlock Windows Phone 8 Gets 0x80004005

My device is a Lumia 920 running WP8.1 GDR2, a laptop OS Win8.1 Pro. I tried to unlock it through the VS2013 developer unlock on the TOOLS tab, it returns the error shown below:

enter image description here

It says "unknown error, try to register again." Error code 0x80004005, does anyone know what to do? Thank.

It turns out these are non-ASCII characters that I had in my device name. I changed it to English and it worked. Thank.

This error may occur if Visual Studio tools are not updated.

When the device is connected to the computer, on the taskbar, click the icon that shows that the device is connected (the one where you can "safely remove" the device) and right-click on it and select show devices and printers. When it opens, you will see all the Windows phone devices that you have connected to the computer. Unplug your device and remove it and its drivers by selecting the appropriate option after right-clicking on it.

Plug it in again, now it should install the drivers again.
