I have an Azure trial subscription that works with several cloud service projects, a virtual machine, a web application, etc., it all works and works for a couple of weeks.

My problem is the breakdown of re: resource group fees. Perhaps I misunderstood, but I thought that, since each resource is placed in a group and only one group by default, everything that was billed for this period should essentially be the sum of fees for each of the resource groups?
The docs say you can get a consolidated view of the cost of a resource group, as shown below:
