Running AutoKey Script with the mouse button - how?

I like to run the AutoKey script by clicking the middle mouse (limited to a specific application through a window filter). Unfortunately, AutoKey allows me to set short keyboard shortcuts, while the mouse buttons are completely ignored. AutoKey does not seem to allow mouse buttons as triggers at all. (See Selection Screen below.)

Is there any workaround that allows you to run AutoKey script with the click of a mouse button?
