Eclipse crashes when exceeding the upper limit of the GC after a link to google play services

So, I am creating a project using LibGdx and have been experiencing problems in the last few days trying to fix this problem. I followed many other posts on the same issue, but was not successful.

Essentially, as soon as I link my android project to google-play-services-liband try to debug, I have my project 99% complete debugging, and then get the following error:

Unable to execute dex: GC overhead limit exceeded
GC overhead limit exceeded

This error was received even after . I increased my memory in eclipse.ini. As far as I understand, you should continue to increase until it works, and I installed it on -Xms4600m and -Xmx4600m and still experiencing this problem. I thought it was a little too much (I only have 6 GB of ram), so I just lowered it now. There must be some other solution. The following are the current settings for eclipse.ini. Am I missing something? I tried updating to the latest google gaming service, and also without success. I'm at a standstill about what to do ...

My eclipse.ini:

-startup
plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.3.0.v20140415-2008.jar
--launcher.library
plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.win32.win32.x86_64_1.1.200.v20140603-1326
-product
org.eclipse.epp.package.java.product
--launcher.defaultAction
openFile
--launcher.XXMaxPermSize
1536M
-showsplash
org.eclipse.platform
--launcher.XXMaxPermSize
1536m
--launcher.defaultAction
openFile
--launcher.appendVmargs
-vmargs
-Dosgi.requiredJavaVersion=1.6
-Xms2028m
-Xmx4072m

I sincerely appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks in advance.
