Should changes to SymfonyRequirements.php be included in version control?

After starting, composer updateI received app/SymfonyRequirements.php, updated in my working changes to my symfony 2.7@beta application . What is this file? Should I commit file changes?

Files are used in the checkCLI tool , which uses these files to manage the minimum requirements for running Symfony. You can find additional information in the document .

It is usually taken into account in the version control system, as you can see in the symfony-standard distribution project on github:
