Xcode - message failed

Question

When I try to send the assembly to the AppStore, I get the message "Communication error": "An error occurred while communicating with the Member Center. Please indicate the error and include a copy of the syslog from Console.app: http://bugreporter.apple.com/ .

How to fix it? I am using Xcode 6.3.2 (6D2105)

Just go to Member Center and see: "We'll be back soon."

So, I think this is temporary.
