How to change registry home page in Edge Browser

I want to change the home page in the Edge browser through the registry, but it is encrypted, and I see (Protected is a violation of Windows policy to change. See aka.ms/browserpolicy) in the registry. Please help me change the home page in the registry or find where it is a violation of the Windows policy to change. See Aka.ms/browserpolicy

If this is only the start page in Edge that you want to install, change the URL below as you wish, and then save it as a .reg file:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppContainer\Storage\microsoft.microsoftedge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\MicrosoftEdge\Main]
"HomeButtonEnabled"=dword:00000001
"HomeButtonPage"="https://www.google.com/"

Edit the hosts file in the directory c: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers \ etc, at the administration command line, go to this directory and enter notepad nodes and press Enter.

Add a host entry similar to this 127.0.0.1 bad.url (replace the URL above for bad.url)

Save the hosts file, then open Edge. This method is useful when you are removed and cannot disconnect the network connection.
