Android Alert dialog with ActionBar enabled

Is it possible in Android to show the user Alert Dialogin Fragmentbelow ActionBarby turning on the buttons ActionBarand turning off the screen below for any action (which does Alert Dialog),

I need to turn on ActionBarduring AlertDialog.
