Xcode - the executable was signed with invalid rights only in RELEASE mode

Question

This question is similar to Executable being signed with invalid permissions in Xcode . But the difference is that for me it works for debug mode :

but does not work for release mode :

For release , I got an exception:

However, all is well for DEBUG : how to make it work for both release and debugging?
