IBM MobileFirst 7.0 - How do we create a .ipa file?

Question

I am using IBM MobileFirst Platform 7.0 to develop hybrid application development.

How do we create an .ipa file so that we can deploy it on an ios device and test our application?

Note. We do not have MAC OS.

To create an .ipa file, you must use a Mac with Xcode installed.
Xcode is the only supported method by IBM (and Apple) to create the .ipa file.
