As part of the new material design update, the Google shopping app search application opens the default search dialog after clicking the search button. This search interface is different from the default view presented by android in the action bar (which opens only in the action bar).
So my question is how to implement a new search action dialog, for example, the Google Play Store app. Is there any official orroid component, or do I need to create a custom dialog for it? If the second, please show how to achieve this type of search?
