Android RRC Status

Is it possible to get radio resource management (RRC) software from an Android device if any public API or hidden API can also work?

As no body has answered this, so I answer my question for others, if anyone else has the same doubts.

Technically, the answer should be no. Since the radio chip on the Android device is specific for a particular vendor, and communication with the radio chip is via RIL, which is stored in the acronym HAL. this means that no one except the device manufacturer knows how the RIL library communicates over the radio. Typically, communication via radio is via AT commands, and vendors do not provide AT commands to receive radio status.

Samsung is an exception, i.e. Samsung devices with intel infenion chipsets give the user access to the radio by dialing some kind of secret code that can be easily found on the Internet.

Hope this helps others who are looking for the same question.
