If I send a new assembly while "waiting for verification", will I go to the end of the line?

Suppose I have a build uploaded to iTunes Connect that has been pending review for 10 days. If I send a new assembly, will my application move to the end of the line and wait another 10 days or will I still be in the queue to get an overview very soon?

Yes, after you cancel Binary, then download a new one, this will bring your application back again.
