Is it possible to connect to an Oracle DB RDS instance with SQL developer?

I am trying to connect to my mac with the endpoint that AWS gives me, but I cannot.

Yes, you can.

These are the AmazonRDS settings.

and this is the SQL developer connection window

The database host name must be the AWS endpoint, and the SID must be the AWS DB name.
