Run javascript after loading data from ajax

This is javascript used to display the countdown timer. I am using the jquery.countdown.min.js plugin .

Closing_Date and cid come from the database. When I access, it works fine.

But when I insert data using ajax in index.php. he does not do anything. It seems that javascript code is not executed.

I checked in firebug, and the date found matches the index.php file, but it does not show the countdown timer.
