Command Execution in AWS ebextensions

I get the following error when trying to load my instance in aws elasticbeanstalk:

The configuration file .ebextensions/setup.config in application version t5 contains invalid YAML or JSON.
YAML exception: while scanning a quoted scalar in "<reader>", line 3, column 18: command:
"aws s3 cp s3:elasticbeanstalk-u ... ^ found unexpected end of stream in "<reader>",
line 5, column 1: ^ , JSON exception: Unexpected character (c) at position 0.. Update the configuration file.

The following is what is included in the file setup.config:

container_commands:
    01_setup_apache:
        command: "aws s3 cp s3:elasticbeanstalk-us-west-2-273610000489/enable_mod_rewrite.conf /etc/httpd/co

I work with elastic AWS beanstalk, and since I cannot change the file httdp confto AllowOverride Allto clear my URL with the rewrite rule, I was offered to work with ebextensions: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/dg/customize- containers.html

Update:

I think the problem is this:

RewriteEngine On

located in htaccess. almost as if he couldn't turn on dubbing.
