Skobbler Error "Route cannot be calculated"

Question

I use custom turn-based navigation using SKobbler. I get the message “The route cannot be calculated” from time to time. But the source and destination coordinates are correct. I tried the same coordinates on google maps. It gives me a route. I do not know what is wrong with calculating the route in SKobbler. Please provide me some suggestions to get rid of this problem.
