For a long time I tried to download documentation online, but my whole attempt was a waste. I read so many manuals, but they still don't help. I pinned the file, but I get errors when manually downloading, but the PyPI website says it index.htmlcannot be found, although it is not there. I also tried the sphinx download package, but actually could not work it successfully.
Please any help would be greatly appreciated. PyPI support guides do not help either.

doccontains all the data sphinx
I once did setup.cfg, and it was built well, but loading was a fatal error.
