How to add non-osgi jar jar files as a dependency on eclipse plugin?

I am developing an eclipse plugin using tycho build, it needs some non-osgi jar files as a dependency. When I add a dependency in my pom file, it does not accept the dependencies during the maven build. So, I tried to create an osgi package that contains all the necessary dependencies using the following plugin.
