I am setting up VS 2013 for development using Azure SQL Database (I am new to Azure). I created a database on Azure and a solution on VS 2013. The local computer is Windows 8.1 Pro with SQL Server 2014 Express. I am trying to import an Azure database into a VS solution. I changed the Target platform to VS on the "Microsoft Azure SQL Database". I checked that VS can see the Azure database using "Test Connection" - everything looks good.
When I start the import database, I get the following error:
You cannot import the 1025 database because the target project target platform is set to 130. To learn more about changing the target platform and / or source database or the supported database releases for specific target platforms, go to the Import Schema help page.
I can not find the help indicated in the error message. I tried changing the target to SQL Server 2014, without joy. Can someone give me some pointers?
This issue may be a version issue of SSDT. Can you download and install the latest RTM or Preview version of SSDT from https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt204009.aspx
GA Preview Azure SQL DB, SSDT Preview . RTM RTDT .

I was able to solve this problem by working with VS 2013 and creating Db in VS and posting on Azure after the tutorial:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/web-sites-dotnet-get-started/
I hope I do not need to import Db in the future!
Thanks to all those who edited and replied. I hope I can return this service.
Importing from Azure to Sql Server Project works in Visual Studio 2015 without any problems.
